Just A Reflection Traditional Geocache
Mr. CanoeHead: It appears that the flood has stripped this island of all the trees so the cache has probably ended up in Saskatchewan with the tree it was connected to. So long fine cache.

The cache is located on an island in the Bow River between the Ghost Dam and the town of Cochrane. You will need a water craft (canoe, kayak, raft) to access the island.
We named our first canoe "Just A Reflection" because of the image it left on still water and the state of mind paddling it could invoke. We have been using this canoe for the past 28 years and this was our transportation for placing this cache. This stretch of the Bow River has a variety of fast water and some sections where it is just a peaceful drift. The most common put in point is below the Ghost Dam and the best take out spot is at the Highway 22 bridge in Cochrane. The cache contains an unactivated geocoin for the first finder. Enjoy the trip down the river.
