Foxx hunt 1# Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Lindinis: This cache has been unavailable for some time and as the owner has not responded to recent logs I am archiving it.

Guidelines: "As the cache owner, you are also responsible for physically checking your cache periodically, and especially when someone reports a problem with the cache (missing, damaged, wet, etc.). You may temporarily disable your cache to let others know not to hunt for it until you have a chance to fix the problem. This feature is to allow you a reasonable time - normally a few weeks - in which to arrange a visit to your cache. In the event that a cache is not being properly maintained, or has been temporarily disabled for an extended period of time, we may archive the listing."

If you wish to email me please send your email via my profile (click on my name) and quote the cache name and number.

Geocache Description:

A 6 mile circular around the hamlets and villages of Turleigh, Winsley, Conkwell, Haugh and Great Ashley. The route starts at the outskirt of Bradford on Avon on the Winsley Road. All the route is on a road so easy for everyone but the lanes are narrow so take care. You can walk, run, take a pushchair or wheelchair and especially a car when its wet. There are a couple of inclines but nothing harsh. BRING A PEN! i forgot them.

I designed this when it was raining all day and Little Foxx was bored. If you drive the course then all locations of the caches are easy to get as they all have places to stop e.g. lay-by, wide roads etc. If you drive then all caches are about 1 to 2 arms length from the car door so you won't get too wet if done on a rainy day. The first 10 caches are small and will hold a book and small item like a bug or coin. 12 is a micro and 11 and 13 are regular boxes. quite a few are around trees and was hard to get a true reading but the hints are a great help! If you're FTF then you'll be happy as there is a TB or GC in 11 out of 13 boxes!
