you have to find out which is the northernmost railway bridge over river daugava. approximately 100m NE from the middle of the bridge you will find an object in the picture. terrain is 2* because of thorny bushes. BYOP and fishing rod :)
the easy way is to use google maps. don't try to get on the bridge, it is restricted area!
