Denne cache er udlagt i forbindelse med:
Bramsnæs Event 2009


Cachen er en Micro
Husk Skriveredskab


wollastonit, (efter W.H. Wollaston),
Hvidt, prismatisk eller fibrøst mineral,
som pga. fibrenes styrke anvendes i byggematerialer,
bl.a. som erstatning for asbest.
Den kemiske sammensætning er CaSiO3,
massefylden 3 g/cm3, og hårdheden ca. 5.
Mineralet krystalliserer triklint; dets krystalstruktur ligner pyroxenernes,
hvorfor det betegnes et pyroxenoid.
Det findes især i kontaktmetamorfoserede kalksten..
