Geocache Description:

Access: The Big Hill entrance to the Greenbelt at Scottish Wood Tr St. off Hwy 360 So. Take the first significant side trail left at ~ 150 yds from the Big Hill entrance. Hike to the cache is
~ 1 mile. Stay on the main trail despite your GPS arrow. Enjoy great views of the Hill Country and Barton Creek. From the wide "terrace" trail intersection, follow your GPS. Access the upper ledge from behind the Dumptruck.

The cache is themed around hearts and carabiners.
Martha Shannen, you know why we are honoring you with this cache site. You loved to geocache and the Dumptruck was one of your favorite places to visit. You always did the logging for "5 Reids and 2 Dogs." You carried your joyful spirit, as big as the outdoors, all day all the time wherever you went.
We heard many times, "Daddy, let's make our own geocache site." Of course," he always said, "Absolutely -- we'll do it soon." Unfortunately we didn't make it happen until a year after you were gone. It's no less important though, especially for you, your friends, and of course your family -- including Sky dog.
We witness your legacy of joy and love and spirit every day in all that we do. Your parents loved raising you and doing for you. And we will never stop. Your geocache and Dumptruck site are examples of that love and devotion. Visitors: take in the views from the bench, visit at the fire ring, ring the wind chimes, and of course, leave a rock cairn for Martha.
