This is a circular walk of about six miles, along public bridleways and footpaths, starting from Dormansland, and taking you up to Dry Hill, from where there are good views across to the North Downs. Along the route you will find 21 traditional caches, most of which are micros, but there are 3 bigger ones for your swaps. There are no pencils in the micros, so remember to bring your own. Nearly all of the walk is on farm roads or hard paths, so most of it should be mud free, even in the middle of winter.
There is room to park a bit before #1, in Ford Manor Road, which starts near The Plough Inn, at Dormansland. There is a bus stop for two bus routes outside the pub. Alternatively you could park at Marsh Green and start your circuit with #18.
