This is a magnetic nano placed close to Walton-on-Thames railway station at a place that most people walk past without noticing. As it is a nano, you will need to bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log inside. Please put back in the same place and ensure it is secure. Cache owners moved it in August 2014 a few metres so see the hint once at GZ.
It is close to a memorial for Flt Sgt Charles Sydney whose spitfire crashed close to this point during the second wolrd war. The pilot is buried in the Commonwealth War Grave Cemetery in Orpington, Kent. We wanted to bring people's attention to this memorial and we hope you find it interesting.
During the week, this is a very busy area for muggles on their way to their muggle jobs.
Some parking is free but some is by pay and display so make sure you check as traffic wardens are very keen.
Congratulations to Ragged Robin for First To Find.
