I've been thinking about putting a cache here since I first discovered this spot after I found Big Rock Wave Cave (see log). It's not too far, on an interesting trail from there to the cache. When I came up here that day I saw that the trail kept going. I didn't have time to explore it then, but today I came down the trail from Tuna Canyon Road. The round trip this way is about 5 miles and it's an upside-down hike. You lose over 1000 ft of elevation in the 2.5 miles from Tuna Canyon Road to the cache. Going back up I realized just how steep it was. If you want to do it this way, I've left a couple of other caches to show you the way.
I'm not sure whether the cache is accessible from below any more. The homeowner has erected a sign stating private driveway and no trail access. There be other ways to get on the trail.
The cache is hidden back away from the bluff to try to keep it safe from muggles who may come up to enjoy the view.
