This cache was placed as part of the Tswaing Crater Sleepover Event (GC1T6MK)

Coal was used in the extraction process of salt. The left overs of the burnt coal was dumped on this site. Sludge was also dumped on the Coal Ash and formed a white dust-like substance.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a small entrance fee of R20.00 per person payable if you enter the Tswaing Meteorite Crater.
