Vandra i spåren av Mikael Blomkvist, Lisbeth Salander, Dragan Armanskij och andra välkända karaktärer ur Stieg Larssons Millennium-trilogi. "The Millenium Walk" tar dig förbi några av de byggnader och platser i och runt Stockholm som blivit kända genom böckerna. Du kan börja din vandring antingen på Södermalm (The Millennium Walk – South) eller i Vasastan (The Millennium Walk – North)

På Stockholms största ö, Södermalm, bor de flesta av böckernas goda karaktärer. "The Millenium Walk – South" är en cirka två kilometer lång promenad och består av fem cacher, samtliga "traditionals", storlek "micro". Cacherna är: TMV - S1, TMW - S2, TMV - S3, TMW - S4 och TMW - S5.

Follow in the footsteps of Mikael Blomkvist, Lisbeth Salander, Dragan Armanskij and other wellknown characters from Stieg Larssons Millennium-triology. "The Millennium Walk" will take you to some of the buildings and places in and around Stockholm, famous from the books. You can choose to start your walk either on the island Södermalm (The Millennium Walk – South) or in the city district Vasastan (The Millennium Walk – North)

On Stockholms largets island, Södermalm, most of the good characters in the books are living. This two kilometers walk is made up of five caches, all traditional micros. The caches are TMV - S1, TMW - S2, TMV - S3, TMW - S4 and TMW - S5.

Här bor journalisten Mikael Blomkvist, i en vindsvåning med utsikt över Riddarfjärden, Kungsholmen och Gamla Stan. I böckerna är ingången till fastigheten i gatuplanet, men i verkligheten är ingången via gångbron högt över Bellmansgatan. Gatan är uppkallad efter Carl Michael Bellman, som föddes i ett av husen här.

Satellitmottagningen är inte den bästa vid cachen, ta gärna hjälp av hinten.

Obs: Var noga med att återplacera burken exakt som du hittad den, den skall ej vara synlig från håll.

När du går till nästa cahce i serien, The Millenium Walk – South 2 –Mellqvist Kaffebar, följ då promenadstråket längs Monteliusvägen för en fantastisk utsikt över Riddarfjärden och dess omgivningar.

Here is where the journalist Mikael Blomkvist lives, in an attic apartment described in the book as "65 square metres in one open space in a converted loft with views of City Hall and the locks at Slussen". In the books the entrance to the building is at street level, but in reality the entrance is by the walkway high above Bellmansgatan. The street is named after the 18th century poet and composer Carl Michael Bellman who was born in one of the buildings.

The satellite reception is not the best at the cache location, the hint can be helpful ...
