One of the peaks of Onrustberge, a beautiful and worthwhile view from the top. Except for the very beginning, there is a well defined path to the cache, so no need to damage any of the natural vegetation!
Unfortunately the original beginning to this route up has been closed off by recent housing developments (!). Park at 'Leopard Rock' (S34 24.272' E19 11.162). Walk along the fence line to join up with the path (S34 24.317' E19 11.275). Follow the path until a 4-way intersection. Turn left. Continue along the path through a thick stand of Protea's, the path then winds around a minor peak. At the fork in the path (S34 23.928' E19 11.502) take the left route. Here is a bit of an uphill to the cache but worth the effort. Once there the cache is easily accessible and no damage to the vegetation is required to access it. Total time from the start to the cache at a gentle pace is approximately 1hr15min. Enjoy the view!
