Over the years I have made many visits to Ibiza. I always enjoy exploring this beautiful island and, on this trip I was able to introduce my friend Ecki to the joys of geocaching. His bubbling enthusiasm was apparent when he suggested that we should hide a cache of our own, not far from his home in Sant Mateu.
This particular area is a favourite place for Ecki's two dogs, Bella and Schnuschi. Whilst the dogs enjoyed sniffing around and chasing rabbits, we took in the dramatic view from this quiet part of the island.
The cache is a small plastic container.
At the time of placement the cache contained a logbook and pen alongside a number of swaps including:
a bottle opener
a toy snake
a pack of fluorescent pens
a keyring
a pack of playing cards
a puzzle
a pen/keyring
