Was so enjoying the world wide celebrations of Happy Agent Basil Day, decided to pop another cache out there. There was also a cunning plan involved - for those wanting to explore another bit of Namadgi but didn't think there were enough bits of plastic to warrant the excursion - well, now no excuses, it's off to the Nursery Swamp for you. There are another couple of caches in the vicinity.
Best parking at the Nursery Swamp Car Park on the Orroral Road, walking track all the way except for the last 10m. Beware, a Canberra lady did get lost here last year and spent a few nights in the bush. Trail is little bit steep at the beginning, not suited for prams etc. Enjoy the serenity ! (and the swamp).
Ps - better bring your own pen - usually a good idea for all your caching adventures.
If you are off to visit "Walking in the Landscape", this is a good point to leave the trail hence the cache name change)
