La Soudoues'Team: Dimanche 13 septembre .... Mardi 13 octobre ..... Vendredi 13 novembre !
Vendredi 13 .... Nous n'y avions pas pensé, et voilà qu'il est arrivé avec son panneau "cache archivée" à accrocher sur le beau rideau rouge déjà bien en place !
Vous nous dites que ça porte chance ? Mais bien sûr ! Ca ne fait pas l'ombre d'un doute !!

Dimanche 13 septembre 2009

Cet Event se déroulera le dimanche 13 septembre 2009 au Moulin de Mirepech, à 80km au sud de Toulouse, dans le Comminges.

Puisque convivialité, partage et bonne humeur sont toujours les trois composants majeurs de la fête des "vendanges", que " L'Event'danges - cuvée 2009" soit beau et sous le soleil !
Son unique but est de permettre à tous les géocacheurs qui voudront bien en faire partie de se connaître autrement que par des pseudonymes et de passer une journée agréable sous le signe de l'échange.

Si vous avez l'intention de vous joindre à la fête, veuillez loguer un ""will attend" sur cette page et la mettre dans votre "watchlist", de façon à être informé au fur et à mesure de son évolution.

SITE DE L'EVENT / EVENT SITE

LE PROGRAMME

Matin :
    Accueil des participants à partir de 10h.
    Un parking ombragé sera mis à votre disposition.
    - Les géocacheurs pourront commencer à faire connaissance et partir découvrir des caches existantes après une collation.
    - ou auront la possibilité de participer à un atelier "Echange Technique" sur la pratique, le matériel, les logiciels, etc...
    Les 6 premiers arrivés auront droit à une surprise !

Midi :
    Pique-nique partage, après l' apéritif qui vous attendra sur place.
    Que chacun apporte ses spécialités et son vin, et que vive la fête !

Après-midi :

Photo de groupe : souvenir, souvenir !

Découverte des geocoins et travelbugs que les géocacheurs auront apportés et qui pourront être placés dans des boîtes afin d'être admirés de tous.
(une liste des « tracking numbers » des coins et bugs découverts sera remise aux participants à la fin de la journée)

Remise des roadbooks pour la recherche des quelques caches placées pour l'occasion, au cours d'une promenade à pied autour du moulin : un parcours d' environ 8 km dans un terrain vallonné.

La recherche se fera au gré de chacun, en équipes ou en communauté.
Pour ceux qui le désireront, liberté de rechercher des caches déjà existantes dans les environs.

Fin de journée et retour au moulin, sans oublier la signature du livre d'or.

The event will take place on Sunday September 13th, 2009 in Moulin de Mirepech, 80km South of Toulouse, in Comminges.

Since conviviality, sharing and a good atmosphere are always the three major components of “grape harvests”, let “ the event’d’anges* – 2009 vintage” (* impossible to translate this pun). be a sunny enjoyable day for everyone!
Its sole purpose is to let all fellow geocachers become acquainted on a personal basis not just through their pseudonyms and spend a nice day together with the intention of exchanging ideas and experiences.

If you intend to join the party, please log a “ will attend” on this page and put it on your " watchlist", so that you can be informed of its progress.

THE PROGRAMME

Morning:
    All participants welcome from 10am.
    You will be able to park your car in a shaded place.
    - Geocachers will start getting to know each other and after a snack you will be able to find existing caches.
    - or join a discussion group about "Technical Exchange" on practice, equipment, software, etc...
    The first six to arrive will get a surprise.

Noon:
    Shared picnic , after an aperitif that will be waiting for you.
    Bring your specialties and let the party begin!

Afternoon:

Group picture: memory, memory!

Discovery of the geocoins and travelbugs that the geocachers will have brought and placed in boxes for them to be admired by everybody.
(a list of the tracking numbers of these coins and bugs will be given to the participants at the end of the day.)

Handing-over of the roadbooks for the hunting of some new caches placed for this special occasion, in a walk around the watermill: a route of about 8km on hilly ground.

You will be free to geocache, either in teams or in one group.
You will also have the possibility to hunt existing caches in the vicinity.

At the end of the day, we will return to the watermill, not forgetting to sign the Guestbook.
