jednoduchá mestská multina venovaná všem aspirantum a
doktorum medicíny
Fakultni nemocnice Hradec Kralove patrí k nejvetsim a
nejmodernejsim zdravotnickym zarizenim v cele CR. Ma 23 klinik a v
nedavne dobe ziskala akreditaci, coz je neco jako docentura
nemocnic. Pacientovi to sice nic neprinese zato lekarum ano. Vice
prace, papiru a prisnejsi dodrzovani predpisu, ale snad i vetsi
prestiz. Pojdme si tedy nemocnicni areal trochu projit…
Historie nemocnice:
První zarizeni, ktere by se dalo nazvat nemocnici, sidlilo v budove
dnesni neurologie, ktere se stale rika jak jinak „stara
nemocnice“. Tato vsak kapacitou nemohla stacit, proto ve
20tych letech venovalo mesto pozemky pro stavbu nove moderni
mestske nemocnice.
Areal byl otevren roku 1928 a jeho rozsah si snadno uvedomite pri
pohledu od stage 1 - zakladnich souradnic. Ve 30tych letech
nemocnice dale rozvijela svoji prestiz a vedeckou uroven, ktera
pozdeji pomohla v Hradci vybudovat
Lekarskou fakultu.
V roce 1951 se nemocnice octla pod vlivem armady a to znamenalo
odchod mnoha lekaru, kteri odmitli nabor do armady. Toto personalni
zemetreseni vsak nadtesti dik pevnym korenum nemocnice prezila a
diky spolupraci s armadou dostala i neobycejné moznosti. Mimo jine
cesti lekari byli v Koreji (poznamka pro fanousky M*A*S*H).
Smutnou kapitolou ve vyvoji FN je obdobi "normalizace" sedmdesatych
let, kdy rada lekaru a ostatnich kvalifikovanych pracovniku
Fakultni nemocnice musela svou praci opustit nebo byli ruznym
zpusobem perzekuovani. Pres celkovy upadek rozvoje zeme v 70tych
letech se v nemocnici podarilo realizovat nektere vyznamne
modernizacni projekty. Po vystavbe detskeho pavilonu v padesatych
letech a noveho patologicko-anatomickeho ustavu v letech sedesatych
vznikla zacatkem sedmdesatych let nová neurochirurgie, pavilon
radiodiagnostiky, prvni CT pracoviste v republice. V polovine
osmdesátych let vznikl Bedrnuv pavilon chirurgie, kterym zacal
definitivni rozvoj nemocnice v novem centru komplexu. Soucasne bylo
dobudováno zazemi nemocnice jako kotelna, pradelna a kuchyn, na
ktere pozdeji navazaly dalsi prvky moderni technicke infrastruktury
jako je potrubni posta, ktera je rozvedena po celem arealu.
K samotne kesi:
Krátka prochazka po arealu vas zavede k nekterym objektum, ktere
jsou vice ci mene dulezite.
Stage 1:
Hlavni vchod pro pesi a byvale oddeleni ARO
KARIM (Klinika Anesteziologie, Resuscitace a Intenzivni Mediciny)
dnes sidlí jinde (stage 4) dnes budova slouzi jako fantomove
laboratore stomatologicke kliniky, hnihovna a k administrativnim
ucelum.
Na uvodnich souradnicich v pruchodu budovy naleznete nekolik
pametnich desek. Pocet desek na obou stranach je cislo
A.
Stage 2:
Stomatologicka klinika
Cestou ze stage 1 jste si jiste prohledli puvodni areal, prosli
kolem gynekologie a prisli ke klinice, ktera ma pro autora zvlastni
kouzlo. Tato klinika ma oddeleni pokryvajici kompletne
stomatologicky obor. Tedy od klasickeho vrtani pres rovnatka az po
implantaty nebo maxilofacialni chirurgii. A jako jedine, spolu s
prazskou Tomaerovou klinikou, v cele CR ma 24hodinovou
pohotovost.
Zde mate najit magneticky pasek, na nemz je napsano cislo B.
Nebojte se hintu, pres den tu byva premudleno!
Stage 3:
Ustav klinicke biochemie a diagnostiky
Tento pavilon, spolu s vedle stojícim ustavem mikrobiologie, je
laboratorne diagnostickym srdcem cele nemocnice. Zde se provadeji
rozbory krve, moci a bakteriálni kultivace a dalsi analyticke a
diagnosticke postupy.
Na teto stage mate jednoduchý ukol. Souradnice vas dovedou pred
hlavni vchod. Vedle nej je cervena tabulka. Pocet pismen v napisu
na tabulce je pro vás cislo C.
Stage 4:
Pohotovost, interna a chirurgie
Od unora 2008 je v provozu heliport, ktery spolu s pavilonem
urgentni mediciny spojil dve dulezita centra nemocnice, novy
pavilon interni mediciny a Bedrnuv pavilon chirurgie, do jednoho
celku. Pavilon interny byl modernizovan a tato budova otevrena roku
2004 s budouci koncepci o propojeni s chirurgii. Dalsi budovou
otevrenou v listopadu roku 2005 bylo vyukove centrum LF UK, kteremu
se lidove rika „varlata“ a ktere je postaveno v
industrialnim stylu. Jsou zde uskutecnovány nejen prednasky
predevsim z klinickych oboru, ale take konference sympozia a
skoleni. „Vyukác“ zatim vidite ze strany a zezadu, ale
verim, že si jej cestou na stage 5 prohlednete a utvorite si
vlastni nazor jak na tuto budovu, tak na novou internu. Pro vas
jsou tyto souradnice bezesporu nejdulezitejsi, protoze pokud vas
nepriveze "erzeta" (rychla zachranna sluzba) budete na pohotovost
prichazet tudy.
Vedle vchodu, nad kterym zarí zluta cedule: "Pohotovost Emergency
", jsou tri modre tabule s císly pavilonu. Ciferaci techto tri
cisel dostanete D.
Stage 5:
Finferlanduv ustav patologie
Zde se neleci paty, jak pravi jeden ftip o policajtech nebo
blondynach, ale provadeji nekropsie (pitvy) biopsie/cytologie
(mikroskopicke vysetreni a diagnostika tkani/ bunek). Ustav vznikl
jiz v roce 1928 a je vyukovym pracovistem Lekarske fakulty UK,
ostatne jako vsechny dnes nami navstivene ustavy a pavilony.
Poslednim vasim ukolem je zde nalezt mikrocache se vzorcem pro
vypocet finalky. Geopetistrom je viditelny uz z dalky, ale
geoklasika v podobe uložení v rozsose se konat tentokrat
nebude!
Teaching hospital in Hradec Králové belongs to the one of the
biggest and the most modern hospitals in the Czech Republic. It has
23 clinics and it has obtained accreditation recently (patients
will not gain much from this improvement but doctors definitely
will) which means even more work for doctors - more duties, more
paperwork, strict observance of the rules but hopefully the
hospital gain even more prestige. Let’s find out more about
the hospital...
History of the hospital:
The first building that could be called hospital was placed in the
building of today’s neurology which used to be called
“the old hospital”. The capacity of the building was
not, however, sufficient so some new plots were donated by the city
so new hospital buildings could have been built.
The whole hospital complex was open in 1928. The teaching hospital
developed its prestige and was successful in scientific work
in the mid thirties. The whole development helped to found
the faculty of medicine.
T he teaching hospital was under the control of the army in the
early fifties. The doctors who refused to join the army were forced
to leave their workplaces. But thanks to the cooperation with the
army the hospital got a great chance to develop itself in many
ways. Besides, Czech doctors were sent to Korea.
In the mid seventies (because of the critical politic situation) a
lot of well qualified doctors were persecuted, made redundant or
even sacked. In spite of the whole dramatic situation a great many
new project were realized – new parts of the whole hospital
complex were built.
Now about the cache itself:
Stage 1:
main gate
Will lead you to the main gate (now only for pedestrians). You will
find several memorial plaques in the passageway. The number of all
the plaques on both sides of the passageway is the
digitA.
Stage 2:
Dental clinic
It has special importance for the author of the cache ?. This
workplace affords the complex aid and the staff keeps 24-hour
alert.
Your task is to find a magnetic belt on which the digit B is
engraved. Please take the advantage of hints because the place is
usually overcrowded during the daytime.
Stage 3:
Institute of clinical biochemistry and diagnostic
Your task will be pretty easy here. The coordinate system will take
you in front of the main entrance of the institute. A red sign is
placed next to the main entrance. The number of the letters which
form the legend is the digit C.
Stage 4:
Emergency, internal medicine, surgery
Since February 2008 a heliport has been in operation which means
that the hospital became the centre of urgent medicine for the
whole region.
A bright yellow sign EMERGENCY is hanged above the entrance. Three
blue signs with the numbers which stands for particular pavilions
are placed next to the entrance. Your task is to make a cross-foot with this
numbers and the final count will be your digit D.
Stage 5:
Finferland’s Institute of pathology
This institute was established in 1928 and now has a function as a
training workplace – as to the rest of all the workplaces and
pavilions we have visited so far.
You will be asked here to find the microcache which contains the
pattern thanks to that you will be able to work out the final
stage.Hint – Typical geoplace – a bunch of trees
standing closely together is not the right choice.
