Cirulenes pilskalns minets Jekaba Janševska darba "Mežvidus
laudis". Pilskals ir registrets Valsts Kulturas piemineklu
aizsardzibas inspekcijas izveidotaja kulturas piemineklu saraksta
pie arheologijas pieminekliem. Izrakumi nav veikti. Pašlaik
pilskalns ir aizaudzis un nekopts, pieklut var no divam pusem: *
apvienojot slepna meklešanu ar Raimja izlikto slepni pie Ventas
tilta, atstajot braucamo aptuveni šadas kooridinates N 56° 29.206 E
022° 06. 067 un ejot pa tacinu gar Ventu (gar darziniem) lidz nonak
pie pilskalna, * vai piebraucot pie lokalas atputas vietas
"Curitis" ( N 56° 28. 981 E 22° 05.875 ) un ejot leja pa kalnu,
nonakot Rožlejas estrade, meklet isako celu cauri krumiem! Nowadays
Cirulenes castle mound is forgotten and there is no much
information about it. Castle mound is a little bit overgrown, but
it is not too hard to get there and search for the cache. There are
two ways to get there: * park your vehicle at N 56° 29.206 E 022°
06. 067 and then walk near by river. You will find there a path.
There is also chance to find another cache placed in bridge (the
same parking place). * alternative parking place is at N 56° 28.
981 E 22° 05.875. (There is a resting place with benches.) To find
cache you must walk down the hill (it is a public place, the gates
there are only to avoid driving with vehicles) and search your way
trough the woods. This is much harder way and it is possible to get
dirty or meet some difficulties.
