Geocache Description:

A micro cache hidden along the boardwalk, fairly easy to find.
In the hole and up you will find, don't drop it!!!!!

On June 19th, 2009 we drove from Anchorage to Homer, the following day along with about 90 other guests we traveled by boat over to the Saltry in Halibut Cove. There we attending the wedding of Megan and Kevin, hence the title of this cache.
I downloaded a bunch of Homer caches before leaving Anchorage, and was surprised that Halibut Cove lacked ever a single Geocache. It was an exciting prospect to plant the first cache there, and fitting having it dedicated to Megan and Kevin.
For those who decide to hunt this cache you’ll defiantly find the experience delightful and a bit magical if you’ve never been to Halibut Cove and walked the boardwalk. I gave this cache 3 stars for terrain because you can only get there by boat, and at low tide the ramp can be steep.
As you follow your GPS to GZ enjoy the surroundings and art studios along the way. When you approach the building where the cache is hidden take the boardwalk around; the cache is located outside the building, sort of.
When you finally make the grab be vigilant not to drop it, as it will most likely be lost forever. Contents consist of log sheet only wrapped around a toothpick, so bring your own pen or pencil.
The boardwalk is often busy, so you may want to take the cache elsewhere for log signing. From GZ look up and see many bird nests along the eves of building.

Halibut Cove is a wonderful place, we plan on returning soon.

Congratulations to seanlee1969 for FTF, glad you were able find the cache without too much difficulty.
