Bee About Burleigh Villa Multi-cache
Shropshire_Seekers: Popped across today, the nice footpath around the outside of the field has been ploughed & planted to a muddy bog, The retrieval tool has been ploughed into the ground and the branch and first stage micro have been cut back and shredded.
Even if I replaced the micro and tool, I do not feel tha trudging over sodden ploughed fields would make an enjoyable experience therefore I have retrieved the final cache and TB and have decided to archive the cache and hopefully set a new one in the spring/summer.

This cache is placed along a footpath that runs from the Great Bolas/Eaton on Tern Border to Bolas Heath, the path runs behind Burleigh Farm and emerges just opposite Burleigh Villa. as the footpath is not very well defined on the ground, we would recommend starting at point A on the attached map.
Burleigh Villa was built in the 1790’s by John Jones* for his wife Sarah Nee Hoggins (The Cottage Countess), whos love affair has been immortalised in Tennyson's poem, The Lord of Burleigh.
The Hoggins first family settled at Bolas in 1694, and descendant Sarah Hoggins, was born in 1773.
Towards the end of June, 1789, a stranger came to the Hoggins's household, and begged shelter for the night. He gave the name of * "John Jones." His stay lasted some weeks, and after going away for a short period, he returned to Bolas in spring 1790 and was married by license to Sarah Hoggins. In the marriage bond, which is dated 4 April 1790, he described himself as John Jones of Bolas Magna, a yeoman, of over 21 years of age and a bachelor.
As a matter of fact he was already married at the time, and his real identity was in fact Henry Cecil, the future 10th Earl of Exeter
Under the name of Mr. Jones, Henry Cecil bought some land at Bolas, and built on it a small house which he called Bolas Villa.
In 1793, the 9th Earl of Exeter died, and Henry Cecil succeeded as 10th Earl, and in 1794 moved back to his family seat Burghley House.
The Countess Sarah did not long survive the birth of her youngest son, and died 18 January 1797
When Lord Exeter then left Bolas Villa to his godchild Creswell Tayleur, It was then enlarged, and its name was changed to Burleigh Villa.
Please note that Burleigh Villa is a Private residence and has no public access.
Stage 1: please can you place both the Micro and the tool back in their original places, to allow the hints to be valid.
Between stages 1 & 2 involve walking like a Penguin, take care with children.
Stage 2: please re-attach using the Karabina as security.
The Final Cache is a large Ammo tin full of swaps, please can cachers trade fairly to ensure the cache keeps a good content value.
