Simple cache in town.
Na území mesta Nitra sa dnes nachádza 57 kultúrnych
pamiatok, ktoré sú zapísané v Ústrednom zozname kultúrnych
pamiatok. Jednou z nich je aj budova transformátorovej stanice na
Párovciach. Secesná budova bývalej transformátorovej stanice je
dokladom priemyselnej architektúry pociatocného obdobia
elektrifikácie Slovenska. Objekt je významný iba svojím
zovnajškom. Ide o jednu z prvých transformátorových staníc
na Slovensku, ktorá bola postavená v r.1913. Po ukoncení prevádzky
boli jej priestory využívané iba sporadicky. Približne od
roku 1986 bola úplne opustená, chátrala stále viac a navyše
plnila funkciu verejného smetiska. Neskôr po rekonštrukcii
bola v budove otvorená krcma. V súcasnosti po dalšej
rekonštrukcii je v priestoroch budovy redakcia regionálneho
inzertného týždenníka a súkromný fotoateliér.

Transformer station, Nitra - Párovce
Today, on the territory of Nitra city is 57 cultural
monuments, which are registered in the Central list of cultural
heritage. One of them is building a transformer station in Párovce.
Art Nouveau building of the former transformer station is evidence
of industrial architecture of the initial period of electrification
of Slovakia. This object is significant only by its outside. This
is one of the first transformer stations in Slovakia, which was
built in 1913. Upon completion of the operation of its devices,
this building was used only sporadically. Around since 1986, was
completely deserted, it goes to ruins and in addition served as a
public dump. Later, after the reconstruction has been opened pub in
the building. Currently, after further reconstruction is in the
building regional advertising magazine editorial and private photo
studio.
