Geocache Description:


This Cache is concealed in the Shiokaze park.
There was a statue of The Gundam in this place before.

Statues are about 35 tons in weight in the whole body made of the iron frame and FRP (reinforced plastic). The head moved, 50 places of the body emitted light, the fog was jetted from 14 places, and the light was improved at nighttime. Those who come come one after another before opening general to the public, a lot of those after opening on July 11, 2009 to the public who come crowd, and 1.5 million people are exceeded in the beginning of August. Finally, 4.15 million people came.
And, after August 31, 2009, it was dismantled.

この場所にはかつてガンダムの立像がありました。

立像は、鉄骨とＦＲＰ（強化プラスチック）製で全身で重さ約３５トン。頭部が動き、体の５０カ所が発光、１４カ所から霧を噴射し、夜間にはライトアップされました。一般公開前から来場者が相次ぎ、　２００９年７月１１日の公開後も多くの来場者が詰めかけ、８月上旬には１５０万人を突破。最終的には４１５万人が来場しました。
そして、２００９年８月３１日以降解体されました。
