bullmoose_rocks: This one has been out a while and time to retire it. Thanks to all those who solved it and found it.
The solution for this is best done on paper, but can be done digitally as well. Draw a line between the matching symbols on the top and bottom and another line on the matching ones right and left. this will create an intersection point at a number. The order of the numbers is on the top with colours matching lat/long.
