Pohatu Nuva: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Augstrozes slepošanas kalns. Diemžel jau paris gadus tur nekas nenotiek naudas un cilveku intereses trukuma del. Sava geografiska novietojuma del iespejams spetu konkuret ari ar citiem slepošanas kalniem. No augšas paveras lielisks skats, jo pagaidam slepošanas trase vel nav galigi aizaugusi. Baudiet ainavu un atrodiet slepni ar noradem.
Augstrozes skiing track. Unfortunately couple years there nothing happens, because people has no money and interest. If someone develop it, maybe it can rival with other tracks. From top of mountain you can see beatuful landscape, because even after couple years on track is only small bushes. Enjoy nice view and find a cache with references.
Augstrozes luteriska baznica celta 1795. gada, velak tas altaris parvietots uz 1859. gada celto mura baznicu. 1968. gada baznicu sledza un taja ierikoja labibas noliktavu. Brinumaina karta glezna un altaris ir saglabajies vel no pirmas, 1795. gada buvetas koka baznicas. Augstrozes draudze savu darbibu atjaunoja 1991. gada, baznicu restaureja 2003. gada vasara un pec 35 gadu partraukumu Augstrozes baznica atkal notika dievkalpojums.
Augstrozes Lutheran Church has build in 1795, later its altar moved to stone church build in 1859. In 1968 church was closed and there was made corn storehouse. The church has been renovated in 2003 and its a small miracle, but altar and altar painting has been remained from old wood church ( build in 1795).

Near church is located Augstruzes Krusta kalns (Cross mountain) about it is lot of legends here one from them : „ Long long time ago in Augstroze lived very severe lord. His doughter falli n love with son of peasant, and bought always meeted in mountain near to manor. Once the lord spoted them and suprised in top of the mountain. The lord was angry as devil and killed both with his own sword. Later he commanded to build a big cross. Then because of cross the whole mountain get its name – Cross mountain.”
