Please note that after an event has passed, the event cache should be archived by the organizer within four weeks. Don’t worry, the cache page will still be accessible and logable by either searching other cacher’s logs, by searching the cache owner’s hidden cache list, or by searching using the GCxxxx code.

We will have Snickerdoodles, Raspberry Cream Cheese Dessert, Loaded Rice Krispies, Mountain Dew, chocolate cup cakes, brownies, apple pies,ice cold water,ice cold sodas, pineapple upside down cake, a salad and a fruit platter...what are you bringing???
BIG BEAR GEOCACHE EVENT ! 3 PM on Saturday, August 15th, 2009 at Meadow Park!
It will be a DESSERT POT LUCK ONLY!
We will play a Geo-Bingo game, have a GPS game, and of course we will have a drawing for prizes for no cost!
PLEASE BRING EASY-UPS!!! And chairs!
DEBBIE DOES DECALS WILL BE HERE AND DONATED PRIZES FOR OUR RAFFLE! BIATCHN GOT DONATIONS FROM WORK...TURNER'S OUTDOORS! SoCalGeocoins has donated geocoins, nano and bison containers, 2 heavy duty airmans vests and a couple of tshirts for the raffle! Also, we have donations from LANDSHARKS, and COINS and PINS donated a lanyard, 5 movable coins, a Pin, and a really nice (Benchmark) coin. Cache Addicts donated some $$$ off coupons! GeoCoin Design has made a donation too!!! MissAmerica1 is donating 8 ready made caches to the raffle, 2 geocoins and about a dozen other knick-knacks. Lionhouse75 has donated an unactivated geo coin from this years worldwide flash mob event, and YardFarmers donated fishing poles, various coins, and?????
Don't foget to bring your travel bugs!
Feel free to bring your own food for you and your family. The park has BBQ's but we have not "reserved" them!
Don't forget to RSVP for the Friday night (LOG CABIN) CHEESEBURGER BASH AND THE FLASH EVENT AT MOTEL 6! Flash Event-Saturday morning and SATURDAY night-Event Cache too! Sunday Pizza....
