The Oat Mill Hill Road can get hot in the bright sun but it does have several places where one can rest in the shade. This is one of them.
According to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, "42" is the number from which the meaning of life, the universe, and everything could be derived. "43" must go one farther and will allow a cacher to fill in the hard to fill 4/3 slot on their terrain/difficulty charts.
The cache is just a few yards off the trail and under a rock. But things may not be as they seem. You will be looking for a squid.
Tree cover may strew GPSr readings so I am giving a hint. Please rehide well. After all this is a level 4 hide.
