A cache on the Tollesbury Heritage Trail
Station Road
Formely knowned as Bolted its now Hanging
Originally named Hunts road this lane used to allow cattle from hunts farm reach their pastures on the mashes near old hall
the name was changed to Station Road with the arrival of the Station in tollesbury
the Station itself was in use from 1st oct1904 til 29th oct 1951
look across the water and you can see Mersea Island
from this point the next nearest cache amazinly is Well Covered on Mersea Island we are just refering to the island caches am sure some on tollesbury are nearer
