A Tree with Plumbing? Traditional Geocache

tskyrocket: Checked the tree and the cache is definitely gone. No sign of the hardware that held the pendulum type cach in the tree. Having replaced it a few times over the years, I'm archiving this.
Thanks for the searches over the years.

Geocache Description:

A quick grab off the new bike trail.

PLEASE. DO NOT DISTURB THE ARTIFACTS. The cache is not in them. I wish I had said that when I first placed this cache as this area has been plundered.

Every time I walk through this area, I find more historical mysteries. Park at the south end of Grassy Ridge Meadow's lot. You are looking for a small tube about 1" x 3" . Bring your own pen/pencil.
