Geocache Description:

Another evening of camaraderie, complete with Brews and wings at a local favourite pub and a chance to win the coveted CREW Trophy TB!

This event is on Thursday, June 18th, 2009

C.R.E.W. stands for "Caching Regulars Encompassing Waterloo (Region)"

Everyone is welcome!

When: June 18th 2009, 6:00-9:00pm

Where: Huether Hotel - top floor
Since this was supposed to be beelow's turn to organize, we decided to return to the location of his first CREW pub night. Oh, and we liked the venue, too.
Go in the front entrance (King Street) and up the stairs, turn right then left and then up more stairs. There is some parking available on the street, and we've posted other possible parking spots, too.

What: The usual sort of restaurant/pub activities: food, drink, and conversation!

Who: Geocachers and their guests (muggle friends are welcome too!) Please let us know how many in your group will be attending so we can ensure that the restaurant can accomodate us all. There is a max capacity of 50 in the room we are in, however, there is room in the spillover tables nearby. First come first serve on the first 50.


If you're new to geocaching, this is a great way to get to know the local group of cachers

If anyone has a local puzzle cache or two that have been haunting them, the CREW is willing to help!

There are a few stairs so this is rated a 1.5 terrain to start. However, terrain rating may vary over the course of the evening!

There will certainly be some form of trivia-oriented contest, so feel free to brush up on geocaching esoterica.

Prizes: There will likely be one or two prize items. If you have something to give away, let us know. Of course first prize also includes bragging rights and a chance to proudly display the CREW Trivia Trophy for the next 2 months over the mantle in your living room.
