My friend came home from work to find the delivery card shown below
in his letterbox.
He went to collect his package at Cache Courier’s depot and
luckily there was no queue. Unfortunately, that’s where his
good luck ended. He was informed that his delivery had since been
lost. It must have been lost somewhere between the attempted
delivery address and the depot – perhaps it fell off the back
of the lorry?
He complained to Cache Couriers but they just wouldn’t
play fair. These companies should know that the customer is the key
to good business!! They did however give him a rough area of where
he could look for it himself. Great customer service huh?

My friend has since claimed on his insurance, but you might just
find his parcel on your caching travels. Let me know if you
do…..
