Update 12/9/12: Subtract .033 from North and .067 from West from the coordinates that you confirmed with Geochecker. Parking should be obvious. You might want to go there when the nearby building is closed. The new location is a little more challenging to get to than the original location - note that I added the "may require wading" attribute. It was possible to get there without getting wet today, but that may not be true every day. Small pill bottle, log only, please bring your own pen.
