Please be respectful when in the churchyards – the caches are not hidden in or very near to the graves.
You will need to bring your own pen or pencil.
Coney Weston church is unusual in that it has no electricity at all; the organ has to be pumped manually and the rare evening services are by candlelight.
The nave is thatched and the church stands about a mile out of the village.
For further information, please see Simon Knott’s excellent Suffolk Churches website.
The cache is hidden just outside the church grounds but do take time to visit the church which is open every day.
If anybody would like to expand the Church Micro series please do, we would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names, to avoid duplication.
