Some Vikings facts:

The Minnesota Vikings were founded in 1961. Originally, the team was founded to play in the AFL, but withdrew and joined the NFL as an expansion team. The Vikings were the first time to play in 4 Super Bowls, as well as the first team to lose in 4 Super Bowls. The team won the first game ever played in their stadium, the Metrodome.
