LG: 1 Diversion Traditional Cache

The Loves Green series consists of 11 caches along public footpaths in the beautiful Essex countryside, through both open farmland and old woods with wild deer. The whole route is roughly circular, and around 4 miles long.

This is a beautiful, quiet area of countryside located just north of the Mountnessing junction (14) on the A12, and just to the south of the A414. Parking is at the entrance to a bridleway, and the cache trail follows a broadly circular route along well maintained footpaths and bridleways, with a few yards of roadside walking thrown in for good measure. The entire trail is a mix of open fields and peaceful woodlands containing wild deer - please keep dogs under control in these areas. The first 10 caches contain clues to the location of a bonus cache; so bring pen and paper.
The series covers the original route of the Loves Green (Essex) puzzle cache placed in August 2005, but we have re-vamped it following the loss of some of the original clues along the trail.
