Geocache Description:

This cache is placed at the entrance of Vasquez Rocks Park when approaching from the Pacific Crest Trail. Most everyone will be approaching the cache from the entrance of the park. Hiking distance is approximately 1 mile. You want to head towards the 14 freeway along the bottom of the Vasquez rock cliffs. You must walk under the 14 freeway using the tunnel. If you have any doubts about which trail to follow just refer to the markers for the Pacific Crest Trail.

The cache is a glass mason jar and is painted black. The jar contains a log book, pencil, pencil sharpener and some various fun items.

Be careful of poison oak and snakes.
