Should be a pretty easy park and grab...if you don't assume anything.
Cache only contains a log sheet. Please bring your own writing utensil. Lots of mugglers may be present but if you sit down near the cache, you should be able to grab this pretty easily. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY HIGH MUGGLE AREA....EXTREME STEALTH WILL BE REQUIRED HERE. No room for swag, but bragging rights for the FTF. Good luck!
