Church Micro # 204, St. Andrew.
This is our local church and was where our two daughters, Charlotte and Lauren, were christened. Parts of it date back to the 6th or 7th century and is perhaps the oldest Saxon church in Sussex. It has an ancient Tide (time) sundial above its porch. The sundial is inscribed with the name Eadric, the King of Kent in 685AD.
Another in the 'open' series, originally by Sadexploration. These Church Micro's have become very popular and have spread throughout the country over time.

This is part of the Bishopstone Circular and is positioned after #65, representing the last of the series.
A series of 65 Bishopstone Circular caches spread across the South Downs. In addition to these there are also two of Martletsman ‘Ponds’ series caches and four of Sadexploration’s ‘Church Micro’ series, making a total of 71 caches. You will also find a selection of other caches to do on the way round, if you haven’t been to them already.
The route is designed to start with Ponds 52 and then pick up the trail of the Bishopstone Circular from BC01. It is about 20 miles in length and will take you up onto the Downs. There is parking for several cars very close to Ponds 52. However, the series can be started from anywhere and there is a choice of parking spots at other locations.
The caches are a mixture of small clip lock boxes, beakers and micros. There are no pens or pencils in any of the caches so be sure to bring your own. There are no swaps so as to leave room for TBs and Coins.
There are no bonus clues to collect as there is no bonus cache so simply get out there and enjoy the walk!
I counted only about 5 stiles to negotiate all the way round but there are a number of kissing gates.
Please replace all caches as found and make sure all lids are securely replaced.
Terrain rating is set for the series on a cumulative basis.
