This area of Newcastle is surprisingly quaint and tranquil and is well worth a visit when visiting the town. The local information boards reveal its ancient religious past.
The cache find could be combined with a small picnic on a warm day although the area can get busy. On that note, maximum stealth is required here as the cache is overlooked by local businesses and flats. Common sense should be enough to evade observation.
