Carterton Station isn't where you would expect it.
It's south of the airfield at Brize Norton on the Fairford branch line.

The Station still exists and is now a stables.
You can still see the platform and the pitched roof platform cover.
The ticket office window also still exists for the horses to buy tickets.
If you take a look at the old photo, the cache is on the bridge.
