VOULISMENO ALONI IS A SINKHOLE LOCATED ON THE FOOT OF STROUMBOULAS MOUNT, NEXT THE OLD NATIONAL ROAD, AT 14TH KM FROM HERAKLION TO RETHIMNON. IT IS A CIRCULAR SHAPE UP TO 90 METERS IN DIAMETER, AND VERTICAL REACHING UP TO 60 METERS OF HEIGHT.GEOLOGIST BELIEVE THAT IT IS FORMED BY THE DEPRESSION OF AN UNDERGROUND CAVE. WITH A LITTLE WALK YOU CAN GET THE BOX. You can combine this cache with the caches "Crystal path" and "Strouboulas".
