Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the above coordinates and NEITHER is parking. And, the cache is not even in this park so check your map before you head out. There is some minor bushwacking. Fairly easy double puzzle. Decode it and then examine the rambling rant to find the coordinates for the cache location.

The cache has a log, a pen and 10 silver dimes in cold cache cash for the FTF. It is all black. Smaller items can be added. At GZ, you will see a very big geo-beacon with many possibilities for a hide. If you move something, please, please replace it for the next cacher(s) to enjoy. Have fun and be safe. Here you go:
