Marko Ramius: I'm sorry, but on further review it appears that this location is within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recretational Area, which is a national park run by the National Park Service. The Geocaching.com guidelines provide, in part, as follows:

Geocache Description:

Find the waypoints first, then find this one last!

I hid these caches leading up to the peak as part of my proposal. In each of caches I placed something that I appreciated about my girlfriend. Then at the top of the peak I took them out, explained how they reminded me of her, and proposed. She didn't see it coming at all. And she said yes!! Don't worry, I didn't put the diamond ring in, I kept it with me the whole time.
