Marko Ramius: I'm sorry, but on further review it appears that this location is within the Santa Monica Mountains National Recretational Area, which is a national park run by the National Park Service. The Geocaching.com guidelines provide, in part, as follows:
By submitting a cache listing, you assure us that you have adequate permission to hide your cache in the selected location…[p]
Caches may be quickly archived if we see the following (which is not inclusive):[p]
• Caches on land maintained by the U.S. National Park Service or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (National Wildlife Refuges)[p]
You will find the guidelines here: http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#sat
If this is in error, please respond to this issue by sending me an e-mail at markoramius.ro@gmail.com, and please don’t forget to include the GCxxxx code for the cache. Upon submittal of adequate evidence of proper permission for this placement, I will be happy to un-archive this listing. Otherwise, please remove any thing that you left so that nothing ends up becoming geo-trash.
Thank you for your understanding and for your contributions to the sport.
