Geocache Description:

Undiscovered Paradise

Hok Tau Reservoir (traditional Chinese: ????, Pinyin: Hedou Shuitang) is a small S-shaped reservoir situated in the northeastern New Territories, Hong Kong. The Tan Shan River, flows through the reservoir and eventually empties into the Ng Tung River. The reservoir can be accessed by Stage 9 of the Wilson Trail or by the Hok Tau Reservoir Family Walk.

It is within the borders of Pat Sin Leng Country Park and the family trail has many barbecue sites adjacent to the reservoir.

Located in the heart of Hok Tau Reservoir under a tree next to a very scenic stream..

The tree is located to your right of the 2nd bridge facing the waterfall and stream up 4 flights of stairs.

Directions to Hok Tau

Hok Tau Reservoir can be reached by taking Minibus 52K from Fanling KCR. Stop at Hok Tau Wai
