Geocache Description:

This cache is placed near the beautiful castle of Gornja Radgona (Oberradkersburg) which is situated only several meters next to the Austrian border.

If you have time visit the castle. It is really worth it!

Gornja Radgona (deutsch: Oberradkersburg) ist eine Stadt mit 3.259 Einwohner (2002)) und Gemeinde (12.416 Einwohner) in Slowenien.

Einst Schutzburg der heutigen Bezirkshauptstadt Bad Radkersburg (am gegenüberliegenden Ufer der Mur in Österreich) wurde die gemeinsame Entwicklung mit dem Jahre 1919, als die Steiermark zwischen Österreich und Slowenien geteilt wurde, unterbrochen und es entwickelte sich ein eigenes Stadtzentrum.
