A series of 5 individual caches placed on a well-established footpath from Mawsley to Old. The walk through the woods is quite muddy. The footpath crosses two fields but the track is very distinct even when the crops are grown. There are a few ponds along the way so be aware if you have children or dogs.
The total walk is about three and a half miles.
The cache is a small 'lock and lock' container (about 5" x 4" x 3"). There is room for geocoins, TB's and swaps. There is a £2 coin for the First to Find.
At Mawsley there is a short walk along the road from the parking spot (N52 22.317 W 000 49.288 – room for 2 or 3 cars) to the start of the footpath.
At Old there is parking on the verge next to the footpath. (N52 21.191 W 000 50.537 – room for 2 cars).
