Very quick cache and dash with swaps. Good parking but ground rough by the cache. Please replace exactly as found to keep hidden.
Located on the Bull's Cross junction of Slad, Painswick and Sheepscombe, this is a beautiful spot to stop for a picnic or base for a walk around the Slad Valley.
Stealth may be needed.
Cache is an ammo box containing a log book and various swaps. Please replace carefully to keep it hidden.
The area is a stunning valley made famous by the local Author Laurie Lee (Cider With Rosie) who lived and wrote in nearby Slad (hence our teamname)
Pop down to Slad and visit the Woolpack Pub for a fine pint of Uley Ale and a walk round the Churchyard.
