Go to the parking waypoint and head south about 40 yards. head about 30 degrees east of south when you get over the bridge. Maybe 25 yards.

Many can open this by hand, but I have been informed that no SL no find. I have to give it a difficulty 5 because a tool may be needed. Bring something like a 10" Chan-L-Lok wrench to open, and please only close it hand tight, don't use the wrench.
