Cache hidden in a tree, get your climbing gear and go for it.
Coordinates point to a specific point in the forest, about 2 meters there is a young birch tree.. about 5 metres up in the tree..
but the trick is to get up the three - I used harness, three loop straps and two carabiners.
The tree is in the forest about 5 Km from a Kegums HES and the Google maps is wrong by the way, there IS a road the river Daugava at that point.
I hiked over there, so don`t know about driving, but the forest is full of dirt roads.
Cache is two plastic containers, first the larger one is gently strapped to the tree, other is in the first one containing a log book, pencil, sharpener and for the first finder something that a climber would find useful.. :)
Also... would a first finder be so kind and mark the outer container "official Geocache".. with all the hiking and climbing I forgot to do this important task.
