Old SideTracked - Wheatley Abutment

Here is a twist to the phenomenon that is called "SideTracked"
Would have liked to bagged one for myself, but looks as if they have all been nabbed.
So, I've come up with a new concept called "Old SideTracked".
I Wonder if it will take off

There are certain advantages, like not being run down by a train
or spotted by muggle passengers.

Anyway, here is Wheatley Abutment.
I could have put it at the pub called The Railway,
this was close to the original Wheatley Station at the old level crossing.
But the old station location now has new housing built on it.
Instead I found an alternative place and hope you agree,
this is a much better location to place a cache.
Park in Asda and make your way to the bottle banks in the corner.
A perfect location, with a footpath along the canel,
between where a railway bridge had previously been.

My boys love Thomas the Tank Engine and when I hear GWR,
which this line belonged too, I think of the Fat Controller's railway on Island of Sodor.

This is the real thing and it gets the imagination running,
thinking back to that glorious time of steam.
