At one time, over 10,000 people lived in nearby Rhyolite,
and several hundred more in Bullfrog.
Some of them are buried here, but most of the markers were made of
wood, and are now unreadable or gone completely. There are a few
long-lasting stone markers that you'll get to study in order to
complete this multi-cache.
Please be respectful while you visit these people. Straighten up
the flowers and decorations on the graves that the wind has surely
knocked over. I like to chat with the residents. Their stories are
always so interesting.
To get the coordinates to the cache, you'll need to find (and
chat with) three of the residents. Don't worry, they won't be hard
to find. The cemetery is only about an acre in size and there's
only a handful or so of readable markers.
When you find the marker for Eulah H Gregory, note the year he
was born, 1A0B.
Find the headstone for James C. Clayton. It reads 1D66 -
190C.
Last but certainly not least, find the tombstone for Daniel G.
Kennedy. He was born on March FE, 1884.
You'll find the ammo can at N36 52.ABC W116
49.DEF
Be careful to get all the letters in the correct order, especially
those last two, or you'll end up looking in the entirely wrong
place for the cache.
