A circular walk of approximately 4miles. There are no clues to
collect, so nice and straightfoward.
** As you
continue along Littleworth Lane from #8, take the concrete driveway
just a couple of metres beyond the Public Footpath sign. A few
cachers have taken a path through the woods, and have got a bit
lost. As you proceed along the concrete driveway, you will see
another set of Footpath signs at the end to the left of the cow
byre** The walk takes in a lot of farmland - a mixture
of arable, pasture and some woodland, and because of this I have
kept rigidly to public footpaths or bridleways. The caches are set
on the east and west of Littleworth Lane, and once the east side is
completed, a short walk along the lane is needed to reach the
footpath leading to the caches on the west side. Please take care
on the road as there is no footpath along this stretch although
plenty of grass verge. Of course the caches can be done in any
order, but if you want to tackle the lot, I advise parking in
Littleworth, and heading off in an easterly direction. Towards the
end of this walk, you will come very close to a mill micro set by
Flatcoat Walker (GC18R2Z) if you haven't already picked it up.
There is also another Flatcoat Walker cache that can be collected
en route - 'Cowfold Oaks' #10 (GC19C5T) that falls between
'Littleworth Eleven' #4 and #5.
