Hooligan Rock
My mom and I were absolutely appalled to see there were no
caches hidden in this area, so this one is for the Truckee
locals.
The cache is not located on, under, or in the rock, but it is
close by. Please park at the coordinates below, admire Hooligan
Rock in all its historical glory, then walk to the cache
coordinates. Unless of course you don't have a car, then you
would've been dropped off at the cache. If that were the case, be
sure to make the short walk over to Hooligan Rock. If you don't,
one member of Team Tahoe Cabdo will be very disappointed!

The cache is outside and winter accessible (for the most part.)
Three stars for difficulty if you find the cache without using the
hints. Watch for muggles and place the cache back exactly as you
found it. Sign only, bring your own pen/pencil.
